WHEN TO GO

São Paulo is a year-round destination, with the best visiting season from March to November. Carnival occurs at the end of February, bringing large crowds and heightened tourism. An important time to visit is during the Biennial, which takes place every two years from September to December, as well as during the SP-Arte art and design fair in April.
